Coach Ryan enters his fourth year of youth lacrosse coaching after spending previous seasons coaching beginner clinics and rec programs throughout Howard County. He brings a passion for player development centered around strong fundamentals, effort, confidence-building, and inspiring a genuine love of lacrosse in young athletes.
Born and raised in Ellicott City, Maryland, he began playing lacrosse at age six in Howard County and Catonsville before continuing his career at Mount St. Joseph High School and later at York College. His coaching philosophy reflects the HoCo Lacrosse Club mission of developing skilled, competitive players in a positive, community-focused environment that emphasizes character, teamwork, and long-term growth. Coach Ryan currently lives in Western Howard County with his wife and three children.
