Jack Simon played five years of Division I lacrosse at High Point University as a long stick midfielder after developing in New York, a premier lacrosse hotbed. His coaching approach is built around long-term player development, high lacrosse IQ, and habits that translate to success at the high school and collegiate levels. With a background in health sciences, Jack emphasizes athletic development and accountability. His goal is to provide athletes with the skills, confidence, and mindset required for the next level – on and off the field. Outside of lacrosse, Jack is an all world ironman endurance athlete and lifelong student of performance, bringing discipline, consistency, and genuine care for his players’ growth on and off the field.

Hi! I’m Laura and I’ve been a HoCo Lacrosse fan since my son, Reed, joined the 2031 team in 2022. I’ve loved getting to watch him and the team play over the last four years. This past year I took on the role of social media mom and have enjoyed highlighting the team’s special moments. When I’m not cheering on Reed in lacrosse, I work as a reading specialist at an elementary school in Montgomery County. I also have a 10 year old daughter who loves soccer and dance, so my husband, Jeff, and I are always on the move! Let’s go HoCo!

I’m Meghan, and my son, Deg, has been a lacrosse goalie for four years. I absolutely love watching him play (even if he gives me the occasional scare when he leaves the crease!). I am so excited to watch this team develop and grow over the coming year. Go HoCo!
